Feb. 1985 Spun-off from Electronic Business Division of Tokyo Musen Kizai Ltd.,
established in Izumi-ku Sendai-city Miyagi prefecture with capital of
JPN Yen 50million
Mar. 1985 The first stage of the plant completed
Apr. 1985 Hybrid IC production started
Nov. 1985 The second stage of the plant completed
Apr. 1986 Capital increased to JPN Yen 75 million
Feb. 1992 The third stage of the plant completed
May 1992 Merged with CR-Box Products Ltd., consolidated the Electronic
Business Division of Tokyo Musen Kizai Ltd., Capital increased to
JPN Yen 100million. Micro module IC production system adopted.
Aug. 1994 HQ and plant relocated to Tachikawa Tokyo. Sendai office established
Feb. 1997 Semiconductor incidental business initiated at the head plant
Feb. 2000 Name changed to CR Box Co., Ltd.
Dec. 2009 HQ relocated to Hachioji Tokyo
Oct. 2021 Became a subsidiary of ADTEC Corporation
